Ryan Welti’s career did not start in the wellness or retreat industry. Originally from New Jersey, she graduated from Auburn University with a degree in finance and spent six years in management consulting, living in various cities across the United States. Despite the prestige of her career, Ryan found herself yearning for a different path – one that aligned with her passions and played to her strengths.
It was during her transition to San Diego, where she pursued yoga teacher training, that Ryan began to envision RetreatVi. This vision came to life on a plane ride, as she sketched out concepts for a retreat marketplace that would make wellness retreats accessible and community-driven.

RetreatVi was born from the realization of gaps in the retreat market and the lack of accessible options. Ryan’s years in consulting provided her with the skills and network needed to launch a platform that connects individuals to retreats across the globe.
