Welcome back, Hype Squad!

Ladies, this week’s Hype Squad episode is one of those conversations every woman deserves to hear. I sat down with Dr. Marcy Crouch, aka “The Down There Doc” – a leading women’s health physical therapist, and we opened the door to topics we don’t talk about enough — pelvic health, childbirth, business, and what it really looks like to take care of yourself as a woman.

Pelvic floor health is something so many of us push aside because it feels awkward or unfamiliar. Dr. Marcy breaks it down in a clear, approachable way that makes you realize how essential it is — for your comfort, your sexuality, your daily functioning, and your long-term wellbeing. This is the kind of education that helps you understand your body, not fear it.

We also talked honestly about childbirth. Not the dramatized version you see in movies, but the real experience. She shares what’s normal, what’s outdated, and what can actually make birth safer and more supported. Whether you’ve had children, want them someday, or are simply curious, this part of the conversation gives you perspective that truly empowers you.

From there, we shifted into the world of business. Dr. Marcy and I discussed the reality of stepping into entrepreneurship — the courage it takes, the self-doubt that shows up, the long days, and the deep sense of purpose that makes it worthwhile. If you’ve ever thought about starting something of your own, this conversation will meet you right where you are.

But the biggest theme woven through the entire episode is this: women need each other. Collaboration, support, and community matter. When we share what we know, when we encourage each other, when we stop treating life like a competition, everything becomes easier.

And before we wrapped up, I asked her to share something she’s proud of — because women rarely take a moment to do that. She shared her excitement about signing a two-book deal designed to give modern moms resources they can actually trust. It’s a beautiful reminder to name your achievements, not hide them.

Here’s your takeaway:
Your body deserves care.
Your story deserves compassion.

And you deserve a community that stands beside you while you grow.

I hope this episode gives you insight, comfort, and a deeper understanding of yourself. You’re not doing this alone.

With so much love,

Charli
